Rental Factory No. 10 was completed in Techno Park at
the end of June, 2017. The rental
factory has three units and the total area of each unit is 1,838 m2.
The each unit of Rental Factory No. 10 is composed
of 1st floor(1,508 m2), 2nd floor(278.4 m2) and the other area(51.7 m2).

Various sizes of rental factories ranging from 700 m2 to 2,500 m2 are currently available. Now we are planning to build custom-made rental factories whose size are adjustable according to customers’ requests.
