On 4th May 2013, the Investment Certificate of TOKYO KEISO VIETNAM CO., LTD. , who had reserved 1.18ha land of TLIPII, was issued by Hung Yen Industrial Zones Authority (HYIZA).
On 17th May 2013, Mr. Suetsugu, General Director of TOKYO KEISO VIETNAM CO., LTD. visited HYIZA and he received the Investment Certificate from Mr. Khoa, Chief of Investment Department of HYIZA.
