At the end of January, 2019, Rental Factory No. 11 was completed in Phase 2. The total area is 8,700 m2 and it is partly two-story. We would offer the area according to the needs by building a wall between units.
We also started the construction of Rental Factory No. 12 (7,980m2) due to popular demand. (To be completed in August 2019.) Please feel free to contact us for more information since we have some more available rental factories other than No. 11.
TLIPII is located around 33km away from Hanoi city and can be reached in about 50 minutes by car. It is convenient not only for expats but also for staff to commute from Hanoi. Rental Factory No. 11 is
composed of 1st floor(6,960 m2) and 2nd floor(1,740 m2).

<Infrastructure>
Power supply: 250KVA / unit(*). It can be increased to 500KVA according to the request from each customer.
Sewerage: Industrial waste water in accordance with Vietnamese standards
Parking area: Exclusive area for each tenant
Others: Rental offices, rental meeting rooms, and the Japanese restaurant and the Vietnamese cafeteria are equipped in canteen building.
